Skills Revolution Bootcamp

Machmade Limited takes great pride in its commitment to social responsibility and its recent involvement in a groundbreaking initiative – the first Skills Revolution Bootcamp in the UK. We are thrilled to be part of this innovative collaboration that aims to facilitate a positive change in the lives of individuals while addressing industry skill shortages.

At the heart of this initiative lies the goal of transforming the lives of 12 individuals who initially had no prior knowledge of the drainage industry. We saw an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing them with the training and skills needed to embark on a new and promising career path within the drainage sector.

Throughout the bootcamp, our dedicated team at Machmade worked tirelessly to equip these individuals with the necessary knowledge and practical expertise. We took them under our wing, nurturing their growth and helping them build a strong foundation in the drainage industry.

We are delighted to share that as a result of this initiative, we have already employed two of the bootcamp participants. Witnessing their progress and witnessing them take on roles within our company is a source of immense pride and fulfillment. It reaffirms our belief in the power of opportunity and the positive impact that can be achieved when businesses prioritize social responsibility.
