Machmade took part in the First Drainage Boot Camp in the UK with Sysco Building Skills Academy and the Liverpool City Region. We are so proud to have now employed two new starters from the project.

Trainee Drainage Engineer Bootcamp was a comprehensive and dynamic training initiative designed to equip new recruits with the skills and knowledge necessary to join the drainage sector. This program is set to foster growth within the industry and redefine professional development.
Developed by Sysco Business Skills Academy, a recognised leader in Adult Education in collaboration with industry experts Sentina and key employers including;

This Bootcamp is the first of its kind in the UK and aims to fast-track specialist skill development, for new talent into your business.
Key Features of the Drainage Bootcamp
Tailored Curriculum: The program’s curriculum is meticulously crafted to meet the specific needs and challenges faced by the Drainage Sector. It covers a wide range of topics, from SHEA Drains and Sewers, WJA High Pressure Water Jetting and Certified Drain Surveyor
Expert Faculty: The 15 Bootcamp boasts a team of seasoned professionals who are leaders in their respective fields, including Simon Goddard and David Rambridge from the Sentina team. Participants will benefit from their expertise over the last 20 years in the sector, gaining valuable insights and mentorship throughout the programme.
Hands-On Workshops: The training program goes beyond theory, incorporating hands-on workshops and practical exercises that enable participants to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
